Job description
SUMMARY:
Finance Associate - Audit responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of the financial reports, examining the profit and loss, deriving conclusions based on the reports and making the necessary recommendations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assisting with the review and audit of book of accounts and compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulation;
2. Assisting with the review and audit of the accomplishment of established objectives and goals and whether they are being carried out as planned;
3. Assisting external auditors as required;
4. Drafting of reports as necessary for approval;
5. Assisting in preparation of BIR Compliance such as:
6. Reconciliation of monthly VAT per Sales per Book vs per OR;
7. Preparation of Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) and input in the BIR Relief Data Entry BIR system;
8. Preparation of Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) and input it in the Alphalist Data Entry BIR system;
9. Preparation of reconciliations, schedules and documentation for tax assessments (LOA, PAN, FLD, etc.)
10. And other BIR reports as required.
11. Assisting in the preparation of IC Requirements for Interim and Annual Financial FS;
12. And other related duties as may be assigned
