Job Description

Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Finance Admin Associate who can work with us full-time and on-site!

As a Finance Admin Associate, you will support the finance department with essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the company’s financial efficiency.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
  • Contact and maintain regular communication with B2B customers regarding orders, inquiries, and updates.
  • Accurately processes customer orders, ensuring all information is correct and entered into the system efficiently.
  • Create and distribute detailed production lists based on customer orders
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices.
  • Process customer payments and record them accurately in the accounting system.
  • Assist the finance team in performing monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and documents to track business data.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

We would need you to be or have the following:
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • With administrative and customer service experience
  • With experience in Finance admin
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Any accounting system and familiar with any CRMS
It would be awesome if you are or also have:
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team with the ability to cultivate credibility, respect and honesty
  • Demonstrates respect for and acceptance of differences in others
  • Strength in oral and written communication skills, including ability to build rapport and communicate with all stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage several competing priorities
  • Have a keen attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to accept policy directives
  • Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
