Job Description

Specialist S2P Central Services (Ariba Catalog and Content Admin)

The Position:

The Specialist S2P Central Services (Ariba Catalog and Content Admin) is responsible for weBuy deployments and project assistance for on-demand implementation in Procurement and Sourcing functions. Also closely collaborate with PPM Sourcing, Global Sourcing, and Local Sourcing for template creation and process updates/changes consultation related to weBuycontent (content cards support previously CCF).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures usage of tools and processes according to global guidelines.
  • Tests new system releases as well as error corrections and provides feedback to the validation manager, testing coordinator and/or to the SaaS provider.
  • Consults and coaches regional key-users and 1st Level Support teams.
  • Assesses and validates demands/change requests in regards of safeguarding the template.
  • Coordinator for supplier performance evaluation that is initiated by the Sourcing Manager, who wants to start a survey for single or multiple suppliers.
  • The Supplier Evaluation Coordinator is in charge on Creating Survey Package
  • Sending out and monitoring of Survey Package and responses
  • Run and provide interim Reports and closing survey.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experienced in end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and systems like SAP SRM, SAP modules Material Management (MM) and Finance (FI) as well as related Software-as-a-Service applications (e.g. Ariba, Concur, Hubwoo, Invoicetrack).
  • Graduate of any industrial management and/or office communication assistant courses
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sourcing, procurement or accounts payable related position, preferable in a supporting function
  • International experience preferred and would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to grasp new topics quickly and to transport information/knowledge coherently to others
  • English (fluent) in spoken and written
  • High affinity to IT
  • Open mindset
  • Reliable team player
