Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily import operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Maintain accurate records of import transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports to management.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Resolve any issues related to import shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration Licensed Customs Broker
  • With experience in brokerage and freight forwarding
  • Well-experienced in negotiation with BOC personnel on valuation
  • Experienced in negotiating and handling trucking companies
  • Knowledgeable about the tariff book
  • Well-versed in customs rules and regulations
  • With oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Attentive to details
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
