Position to be filled: CHINESE CARGO OFFICE STAFF

Job Description:
-Manage cargo booking and scheduling.
-Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, bills of landing, and custom declarations.
-Communicate effectively with customers and carriers, resolving issues and tracking shipments.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and shipping standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification

-Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken
-Previous experience in cargo or logistics operations is a plus.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic cargo management software.
