Job Title: Executive Vice President
Available Job Vacancy:
Salary: P 400,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Assists the President
  2. Participates in the overall management of the Company as a member of the Board of Directors and the other Committees
  3. Directs and supervises subordinates
  4. Carries out duties in person according to the goals, policies, and plans indicated by the Company
  5. Takes responsibility for the performance of these duties and any results
  6. Makes decisions on behalf of the President on matters that require his approval, in accordance with the regulations/rules/manuals separately stipulated

Qualifications/Requirements

• COLLEGE EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT ACADEMIC DEGREE;
• COMMUNICATES IN NATIVE LEVEL OF JAPANESE AND BUSINESS LEVEL OF ENGLISH
• HAS EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND/OR KNOWLEDGE OF OVERALL MANAGEMENT
• PRACTICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY
• EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A JAPANESE COMPANY OR JAPANESE-AFFILIATED COMPANY
• KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN RISK MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE
• EXPERIENCE NEGOTIATING WITH EXTERNAL PARTIES SUCH AS AUDIT FIRMS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, ETC.
