1. Must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math major in Computer Science, Instrumentation and other computer related courses.
2. At least four six years’ experience in overall planning, leading, organizing and controlling various activities in software or hardware development projects for automotive’s engine and control system as General Manager and at least six years in a Senior Manager Level.
3. Has a vast work experience for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling various activities in software development projects which include total service management, total operational management, improvement management, result management, human resource management, health and safety, and periodic operational review.
4. Able to read, write Japanese language and can understand specifications of computer programs in Japanese.
