Vice President – Business Optimization & Innovation 

Job Description:

1. Align functional plan with the strategic plan. Lead business partners and cross-functional teams to executive plan to drive exceptional financial results; and

2. Participate in the research, development, evaluation and implantation of new programs, processes, and technology to ensure Okada Manila Brands competitive positions in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality/gaming industry.


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Gaming related courses in an international institution and/or equivalent experience;
2. Must have at least five years’ managerial experience in an international gaming related industry; and
3. Extensive knowledge in casino revenue management and operations in an international gaming related industry.
