EXECUTIVE CHEF
Job Description:
A highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef specializing in authentic Spanish cuisine to lead the kitchen operations of El Lago Restaurante. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu creation, quality control, staff supervision, and ensuring that all dishes maintain the highest culinary standards representative of traditional and contemporary Spanish gastronomy.
Functions With Objective Factors/Requirements of the Position:
Develop and execute an authentic Spanish menu, including regional specialties, seasonal menu updates and new dish innovation; Supervise and train kitchen staff in traditional Spanish cooking techniques; Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food costing; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through culinary excellence.
