Position to be filled: GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF

Job Description:

- Is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across multiple branches or outlets within the group.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef with at least 5 years in a multi-unit supervisory or Group Executive Chef role.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and locations simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
