Job Description:
- Right hand of the Executive chef to set standards and maintain them to the SWISSOTEL Clark standards.
- Optimize the use of materials, manpower, thereby maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Execute training of kitchen team members and set good examples to enhance motivation of colleagues and reach mission. 

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
- Diploma/Certification from a reputable Culinary school 
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity 
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint 
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language 
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
