Position:
Senior Domain Lead - F&A

Job Description:
• Design interventions and conduct mandatory domain training
• Actively participate in Pre-sales including, client visit, floor walks, review SOW / SLAs, Banding approval.
• Provide Inputs for RFP, RFQ and RFI for new client acquisitions.
• Implement best practices and automation by identifying the opportunities.
• Closely work and collaborate with cross function teams including operations, technology & transformation teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance or business administration
• Minimum 12 years of work experience in S&P and F&A domains.
• Effective communication skills, experience of working in a global environment and ability to lead and manage large teams.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean to transform the processes for better service delivery
