Position Title: Director Consulting
Job Description:
Lead and manage the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the consulting division.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Oversee the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and project managers.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align consulting services with organizational goals.

Qualifications/Requirements



Job Requirements:

10+ years of consulting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and delivering measurable results.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
