Position Title: HR Director

Job Description:
  • Lead and manage the HR department in implementing effective human capital strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement, wellness, and retention programs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years in HR leadership
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
