The Head of Leasing is responsible for driving the leasing business strategy, tenant mix optimization, and revenue growth through effective lease management and tenant relationships. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the company’s competitive position, and ensuring sustainable long-term performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferably with professional certification in retail/property management
• Master's degree in relevant field is an advantage

Experience
• With 20 years of relevant work experience in retail property leasing
• At least 10 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record in shopping mall leasing, and tenant mix planning
• Strong global network within the retail industry
