Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will assist our two Directors of the East & Western Region and the ANZ Practice Managers with day-to-day administrative duties. We will count on you to organize meetings, manage travel and diary, monitor and track expenses, assist with teammate onboarding calendars, team events etc. Along the way, you will get to:
Provide comprehensive support to the two x Directors of East and Western Region by handling various day-to-day tasks, including diary management, managing expenses, teammate onboarding, assistance with events
Coordinate the Director's corporate calendar and travel arrangements, schedule meetings, site visits, ensuring smooth operation of all related functions.
Oversee the travel and expenses (SAP Concur), ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Organize and manage various events, including end-of-month activities, team-building exercises, offsite meetings, and other company events as needed.
Occasionally may offer support to other Leadership as required to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

What we’re looking for
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Ability to create presentations, reports, and manage data effectively using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to coordinate and manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with the Director, colleagues, and external parties professionally.
Research Skills: Capability to conduct thorough research on various topics as needed to support decision-making and presentations.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail when managing expenses, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing events to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle diverse tasks, support different departments, and serve as a backup receptionist when required.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to the success of various company initiatives and events.
