POSITION : CEO ASSISTANT
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. This role requires a blend of high-level executive support, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for wellness and hospitality.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Executive Support:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, email correspondence, and prioritizing tasks.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as necessary.
2. Communication Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, managing incoming communications and inquiries.
• Draft and edit correspondence, including reports, presentations, and other documents.
3. Project Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives related to spa operations, marketing strategies, and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information, monitor project progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Event Planning:
• Organize and coordinate executive meetings, retreats, and spa-related events.
• Ensure all logistical arrangements are handled, including venue selection, catering, and accommodations if needed.
5. Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support decision-making processes.
• Compile reports and provide insights that contribute to the strategic planning of the spa and wellness establishment.
6. Client Relations:
• Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners within the wellness industry.
• Address client inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion:
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the CEO and the organization at all times.
