Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize the Executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of trust and professionalism.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Prioritize tasks for the Owner, ensuring that urgent matters are handled immediately while long-term projects progress steadily.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
