Job Description

  1. Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  2. Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)3
  3. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings4
  4. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive5
  5. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements
  7. Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  8. Create various paper works in behalf of the Manager.
  9. Other task will be given by the Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field
A minimum of 2 year of working experience specializing in Executive Assistance/Secretary/Admin Assistant or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Trustworthy and hardworking.
Fast learner and can work independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Sheets).
Above average English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Possesses working knowledge of a variety of web-based tools.
Ability to handle multiple executives, priorities, and deadlines.
Can start as soon as possible.
