Job Description

  • Study the plans, specification of particular application and other contract requirement of projects that are for bidding.
  • Quantity takes off of materials based on given plans and bill quantities of the projects that are for bidding.
  • Prepare detailed unit cost estimates or detailed unit cost estimates or detailed unit price analysis (DUPA)  for projects that are for bidding.
  • Assist in canvassing and in getting the current prevailing prices of materials and services with respect to the specific project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing  technical and tender documents.
  • Attend Pre-Bid/ Meeting/ Site Inspection (If needed) 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture candidates who are licensed will be advantage.
  • Minimum o 3yrs experience as Estimator in Construction.
  • Must have experience in estimating Structural and Architectural works.
  • Experience in actual field operations, and on vertical and horizontal construction.
  • Must be proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, 3D Rendering and Estimate preparation of material take-off, cost estimates and technical report.
  • Strong understanding in the plan review process. 
  • Strong understanding in the High-Rise and horizontal Construction Project.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in architectural and construction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
