Civil Estimator

  • Responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects. This includes assessing material, labor, and equipment requirements and analyzing project blueprints to estimate time and cost.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to determine the scope and resources needed for construction projects, ensuring proper allocation of resources within budget constraints.
  • Ensuring that all civil construction projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes providing detailed cost projections and conducting risk assessments for the feasibility of projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • Male/Female
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity take-off and estimating of civil projects (Developments and Renovations)
  • Preferably with experience in on-site supervision experience
