Teach staff how to use, operate and troubleshoot equipment/machine.
Tracks equipment quality and makes recommendation on product alternative with minimal costing but deliver high-performance.
Conducts performance evaluation that are timely and constructive.
Perform preventive maintenance on the machines and equipment, reviewing its licenses and services agreements.
Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of machines/equipment.
Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget.
Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Management experience both in Japan and other country.
Over 5-year experience related medical product production.
Familiar with ISO13485, 9001 and 14001.
Must be proficient in speaking, writing and reading Japanese and English Language.
Must haves excellent critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making skills, with an emphasis on being proactive management skill, human skill and technical skill.
