POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN OPERATIONS ENGINEER (2 VACANCIES)

JOB DESCRIPTION
*Monitor system performance and maintain uptime of operational infrastructure.
*Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents. AB LE
*Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain applications.
*Act as a communication bridge between Chinese and English-speaking teams.
*Manage and document operational processes in Mandarin and English.
*Respond to technical support queries and perform system troubleshooting.
*Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION
*Proficiency in both Mandarin (oral and written) and English.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
