Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the overall operations and daily activities of the Manufacturing Plant Preventive Maintenance Section and Reconditioning.
Supervise maintenance teams during the execution of preventive maintenance tasks & corrective maintenance tasks.
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance tasks and prepare regular reports.
Identify wear and tear or performance issues requiring reconditioning or repair.
Recommend improvements to reconditioning processes for better efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

Preventive Maintenance Service and Reconditioning Supervisor
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • Must have strong analytical skills, technical skills, and exceptional leadership skills
  • With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing company, preferably in a production-intensive environment.
