Job Description

• Supervising and Scheduling Maintenance activities for all production equipment and facilities

• Coordinating with external maintenance providers to ensure timely and quality service

• Overseeing the maintenance team and providing guidance and support as needed

• Implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns

• Identifying and addressing any engineering or maintenance issues proactively

• Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance across the facility

• Reporting on maintenance activities and budgets to senior management


Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance or engineering supervisory role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry

• Strong technical knowledge of production equipment, including maintenance, troubleshooting and repair

• Excellent project management and problem- solving skills to oversee complex maintenance projects

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians

• working knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations 

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
