ENGINEER II (OSEC-DOHB-ENG2-9-2000) - HEALTH FACILITIES AND SERVICES REGULATORY BUREAU-DOH

1. CONDUCTS MONITORING/SURVEY OF HOSPITAL AND OTHER ANCILLARY SERVICES RELEVANT TO COMPLIANCE TO QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARDS

2. EVALUATES HOSPITAL PLAN RELEVANT TO ISSUANCE OF PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT NEW/RENOVATION OF HOSPITAL ESTABLISHMENT AND OTHER HEALTH FACILITIES
3. EVALUATES AND CONDUCT OCULAR INSPECTION FOR WATER TESTING LABORATORY ACCREDITATION
4. PROVIDES ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CLIENTS
5. ASSISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF POLICIES PROCEDURES GUIDELINES AND TOOLS FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATED HEALTH FACILITIES AND SERVICES
6. PERFORM OTHER RELATED FUNCTIONS AS MAYBE ASSIGNED.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education: BACHELORS DEGREE IN ENGINEERING RELEVANT TO THE JOB

Experience: ONE (1) YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Training: FOUR (4) HOURS OF RELEVANT TRAINING
Eligibility: R.A. 1080
