JOB VACANCY: ONE (1) PLATING MANAGER

  • Develop, refine, and optimize electroplating processes to improve productivity and quality.
  • Implement and maintain quality control programs, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of plating equipment and facilities.
  • Evaluate the surface finish of plated parts, ensuring they meet the required aesthetic and functional standards
  • Managing chemical inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies are available for plating operations, and optimizing purchasing practices. 
  • Working to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting quality standards, delivery schedules, and addressing any issues or concerns. 


Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in same field.
  • High school or vocational Graduate in any field.
  • Can communicate and understand both mandarin and Chinese
  • Professionals who coat objects in thin layers of metal by using the process of electroplating.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization is essential. 
  • Expertise in electroplating principles, chemistry, equipment operation, and troubleshooting is essential.
