POSITION: ELECTRO MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electro-mechanical technicians.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Train and develop team members to improve technical skills and work performance.
  • Recommend improvements to reduce downtime, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
  • Assist in budgeting for spare parts, tools, and manpower requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
  • Professional fluency in mandarin Chinese and English (Spoken and Written)
