ELECTRICIAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic work as required to repair and maintain Building electrical connections.
- Ensure all work undertaken is a good standard and always consider safety first.
- Complete administrative duties.
- Conduct daily safety inspections to all electrical related operations.
- Maintain, inspect and troubleshoot electrical facilities to ensure safety and efficient operation with less supervision.
- Perform repair maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures, appliances and effective in a timely manner.
- Investigate possible problems and propose solutions.
- Carry out all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, carpentry, painting and janitorial duties.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks regularly.
- Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively.
- Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance jobs.
- Maintain and organize building walls, floors and ceilings.
