**We are in need of Field Technicians to join our team. Please see job description below.


Job Description:

  • Attends the scheduled briefing and orientation.
  • Performs terminal checking prior to dispatch.
  • Handles delivery and installation of terminals/printers, consumables with the prescribed cut-off.
  • Executes on-site inspection, repairs and complex troubleshooting, pull-out and maintenance of terminals.
  • Prepares documentation for services performed.
  • Assist Merchants for first level troubleshooting.
  • Ensure that all Engineering Service Report (ESRs) are duly accomplished with all required information.

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least two years technical course or diploma.
  • Computer literate in windows-based application.
  • Preferably at least 1 year experience in computer-related function.
  • Has motorcycle and driver's license.
  • Ability to perform minor PC troubleshooting.
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Can start immediately.
