Assists electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the plant. Responsibilities include handling tools and materials, running wires and cables, preparing job sites, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Supports troubleshooting efforts and performs basic electrical tasks under supervision.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably with TESDA NC I in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and safety practices.
  • Experience in industrial or plant settings is a plus.
  • Physically fit and able to carry tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Willing to assist electricians in installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
  • Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Willing to work during plant shutdowns, including extended hours and weekends.
  • Familiarity with PPE and basic electrical safety protocols.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in plant repair and maintenance
