  • Oversee the electrical division, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems.
  • Lead factory planning projects, including the design and implementation of electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and maintain electrical maintenance programs to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certification in electrical systems or project management is a plus.
Years of Expertise:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Experience in a leadership role managing teams of engineers.
Skills:
  • Extensive experience in factory planning and electrical system design.
  • Proficient in electrical schematics, load calculations, and energy efficiency optimisation.
  • Knowledge of industrial control systems and PLC programming.
