  • Study the plans, specification of particular application and other contract requirements of the project.
  • Quantity takes off of materials based on the given plans and bill quantities of the project.
  • Prepare detailed unit cost estimates or detailed unit price analysis (DUPA) for project.
  • Assist in canvassing and in getting the current prevailing prices of materials and services with respect to the specific project requirements.
  • Attend Meeting/Site inspection (if needed)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Preferably Licensed.
  • Experience in actual field operations  and on vertical and horizontal construction.
  • Must have experienced in estimating Electrical, Auxiliary and Electronics works.
  • Minimum of 5years experience as a   Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in Construction.
  • Preferably with experience in water treatment plant, industrial plant facilities or power plant facilities.
  • Must be proficient in Auto CAD and Estimate, preparation of material take-off, cost estimates and technical project.
  • Strong understanding in the plan review process.
  • Strong understanding in the High-Rise and horizontal Construction Project.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
