DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare estimates and budgetary costs on electrical works
  • Coordinate design and construction on electrical works
  • Request and evaluate proposals from subcontractors
  • Monitor and evaluate accomplishment by electrical subcontractor
  • Monitor and supervise cabling, power, and lighting installation
  • Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications
  • Supervise the installation of all electrical works, including pulling of cables and wires, and provide technical support during testing and commissioning

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field
  • Must have an understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
  • Knowledge in construction activities sequence
  • Have a keen eye for details and orderliness
  • Able to work independently and/or with a team
  • Willing to be assigned in our project sites within or outside Metro Manila
