1. Operate Garbage Trucks Safely and Efficiently
Objective: Ensure safe operation of garbage trucks to minimize risks of injury, property damage, or loss of life.
Key Activities:
• Operate garbage trucks and related equipment in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Clean and maintain trucks as scheduled or when required.
• Securely store vehicles and equipment after use.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Project Mechanics promptly.
• Participate in routine maintenance as directed.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety practices.
2. Collect and Transport Waste According to Schedule
Objective: Ensure timely and compliant collection, transportation, and disposal of waste.
Key Activities:
• Collect garbage from designated residential, commercial, and public locations.
• Accurately maintain daily logs of collection routes and completed pickups.
• Respond to additional collection requirements as directed.
• Dispose of collected waste following established policies and environmental regulations.
3. Perform Additional Duties as Assigned
Objective: Support overall operational efficiency through flexible task assignment.
Key Activities:
• Carry out other related tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Immediate Supervisor or management.
