Job Description

A Documentation Assistant is responsible for monitoring expiring Corporate or Group Accounts on a monthly basis, which involves analysis and computations for the preparation of renewal contracts and proposals. He/she is also responsible for the actual preparation of the final policy/contract for new and renewing Group or Corporate accounts as well as to update the account monitoring system.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Business - related courses (preferably with Math background)
Job Competencies:
  • Understands database operations
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Spreadsheets
  • Possess strong analytical, writing technical, and research skills
  • Proficient in basic mathematical operations
  • Personal Character:Flexible and resourceful team player
  • Highly conscientious, loyal, dependable and hardworking
