Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overseeing Sales operations.
  • Record and maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel if necesssary
  • Acts as liaison between executives and other department heads and managers.
  • Review and organize all documents for approval of the President & CEO.
  • Prepares necessary Reports and Presentations needed by the President.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and activities assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel/Spreadsheet) and Powerpoint.
  • Has knowledge in effective communication and events planning.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Organized & detail oriented
  • Negotiating skills
  • Has the ability to work under pressure, coordinate and manage multiple task and deliverables simultaneously
Office location: Old Sumulong Road, Sitio Ruhat Brgy. Mambugan Antipolo City (near Old Barangay Hall of Mambugan, with Bakery on the Left side, Red gate)
