Shall be responsible for ensuring that documentation requirements of the Food Safety, Quality and Halal Assurance Management System are consistent with the company policies and procedures. The DCS shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all documents and data related to CAI 's Management System requirements are prepared, controlled, maintained and updated according to established procedure.
  • Ensuring appropriate issuance of documents on areas where references to those documents are essential to the effective functioning of the Food Safety Management System.
  • In charge of all documents and records in updating, archiving, preservation and disposal.
  • Coordinates accordingly with the Department Document Custodian in routing of the documents for review and approval
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
  • Responsible for processing documentation of management systems for both quality and food safety requirements
  • Assist in the accreditation of new suppliers in terms of quality and monitoring of documentation requirement completeness
  • Updates management system documents in cooperation with the S&R Manager or Food Safety Team Leader
  • Supports S&R Manager in the implementation and documentation of GMP, HACCP, Internal Audit and other Management Systems
  • Responsible to report any problems, violations, non-conformance and risk of product safety to the Food Safety Team Leader or Department head/Supervisor in terms for Food Safety System implementation
TRAINING
  • Conducts training on Good Documentation Practices to the Documentation Team
  • Conducts training as identified by the immediate superior

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Food Technology or any related course
  • With minimum two (2) years of experience with handling documents
