A Division Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of the Tokio Marine Dvision's Sales, Underwriting and Claims Departments which service the Japanese accounts of the company.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in nonlife insurance is an advantage
  • Proven experience in managing teams, leading projects and driving results
  • With excellent communication skills in oral and written form, particularly in English and Japanese
  • Extensive experience in sales, underwriting and claims
