• Oversee achievement of committed sales targets per
brand of the Sales Agency within the calendar year
• Analyses Sales Agency performance relative to yearly
committed sales targets
• Prepare and execute sales action plans to achieve committed sales targets.
• Oversee satisfaction of compliance documentation required to achieve committed sales targets.
• Recruitment, screening, and training of new agents.
Fulfil headcount commitments
• Ensure compliance of all sales agency members to all policies and procedures of Pueblo de Panay, Inc.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies in all sales transactions.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
