Job Description

  • Checks and monitors the accuracy of all DR/TR attachments.
  • Assume responsibility for all deliveries or transfers and ensure FIFO and LIFO.
  • Ensure the sufficient stock level of finished goods for deliveries and also for advance DR and booking schedule.
  • Guarantee to capture accurate data on all incoming deliveries for FG/PM.
  • Coordinates with SMY trucking contractor in charge regarding delivery schedule details.
  • Responsible for checking the Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM.
  • Monitor storage area by organizing floor space; and adhering to storage design.
  • See to it that proper housekeeping is regularly done, ensuring audit and inspection readiness at all times.
  • Coordinates with the inventory team on FG and PM issuance, returns, and scraps.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate, preferably business-related course
  • With or without relevant experience
