Job description:

  • Encode accurate entries on voucher and the completeness of supporting documents required to process transactions
  • Process cash advances, reimbursement, liquidation, and transfer of funds representations.
  • Generates daily disbursements reports and other reports.
  • Checks schedule of unreleased Checks against actual.
  • Monitors cash flows and ensures accurate and updates bank statements daily.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate; BSBA- Management Accounting/Business Management Courses
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Computer Literate; Hardworking and Dedicated to work
  • Analyzes outcomes and makes written detailed progress reports.
