Position title: Director SFP Commercial Operations
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Define E2E Commercial Strategy for SFP across all channels together with CC category in Modern trade to drive buisness growth of the 3 categories. Drive end to end analysis, channel expansion design and volume generation of SFP (Omnichannel) & CC (MT) while securing alignment & coordination of strategy translation into CX & MC Deployment Strategy by collaborating with stakeholders from local (S&PD, Commercial Planning, CX, Marketing. SFP & CC, CE, Channels).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SFP COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy to deliver business growth for all SFP categories across all channels, by defining what & where & how all SFP brand and portfolio strategies will be commercialized to drive growth.
COMMERCIAL STRATEGY @ MODERN TRADE CHANNEL
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy to deliver business growth for all CC category in modern trade channel, by defining what & where & how all CC brand and portfolio strategies will be commercialized and integrated with SFP Categories strategies to drive growth.
GO TO MARKET STRATEGY AND COMMERCIAL EXECUTION
Develops a long-term and sustainable Multicategory (SFP & CC) GTM strategy to capture the opportunity and potential of the market and effectively support the commercialization of the SFP Products and CC in MOdern Trade to accelerate adoption.
MULTI CATEGORY STRATEGY @ MODERN TRADE
Build comprehensive Multi Category strategy (SFP & CC) for Modern Trade channels based on brand and commercial strategies of all categories. Define commercialization strategy and execution principles per MT subchannels, accounts and touchpoints to secure proper mid and long term account plans and negotiation requirements.
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
Build LAU affinity to the brand through a sustainable communication framework at retail channels, thru targeted messaging execution and optimizing channels of communication relevant to each target profile and category. Develop impactful communication content and execution plan in line with identified SFP categories and CC category objectives, leveraging on SFP and CC tools and processes, and market best practices. Identify critical touchpoints for consumers beyond traditional advertising and communication channels in order to maximize communication reach.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Ensure an organizational structure that meets the business needs for the short and long term providing appropriate challenges and learning opportunities to the team, guaranteeing the development of direct reports, while having succession plans developed and maintaining a motivate, collaborative and committed team capable to evolve as the needs changes.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Monitor budget performance throughout the year to ensure cost effective resource allocations and adjustments based on key opportunities and agreed business priorities to achieve maximum return on investment. Ensure implementation of plans within agreed budget.
