Executive Director - Credit Collection

  • Develop and Deploy KPI metrics to monitor performance delivery with demonstrated ability to take quick effective action to minimize risk exposures for internal and third-party contractual obligations
  • Perform strategic planning and priority setting for credit management and cash applications department
  • Lead and drive resolution of unidentified/unapplied daily cash, including the development and execution of an action plan for long-term improvements
  • Develop and deploy daily/weekly/monthly cash reporting for use by the multiple business entities and Division

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent Work experience required
  • 7+ years of credit and collections experience or the same capacity.
