Director, EGM Product Operations

  • Direct daily operations and departmental performance consistent with the strategies and vision of the property.
  • Supply input into research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new services, products, and technology to ensure department’s competitive position in the gaming industry. 
  • Ensure compliance with PAGCOR regulations, departmental, and company policies to ensure procedures are followed by slot personnel. 
  • Provide instruction and implement departmental KPI/KPO programs to operations. 
  • Collaborates with Casino Marketing to ensure casino events maximize customer satisfaction and profitability

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least College level, Has good communication skills
  • 5 – 8 years Gaming Operation experience
  • Strong communication skills and financial analysis
  • Technical/professional knowledge
