Director, VIP Support Team

  • Prepare the Departmental Annual Budget and forecast the Casino VIP Room Block/s.
  • Contribute to Department cost control and profit through the VIP Support, VIP Events and Airport Services section.
  • Identify patterns and problem areas, and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Oversee project completion timelines, monitor event costs, and ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least College level.
  • At least 2-3 years experience as senior manager in VIP Support/Services in casino industry.
  • At least 10 progressive years in casino industry.
  • Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
