Director, VIP Services
  • Conducts meetings with all gaming departmental stakeholders on gaming related matters.
  • Responsible for all marketing and service functions of gaming on a twenty-four-hour basis.
  • Review all comps to determine justification as to their effectiveness in contributing to the overall profitability.
  • Works with the Surveillance and Internal Audit Departments to ensure asset protection and continued profitability.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as senior manager in VIP operations in casino.
  • At least 10 progressive years in casino industry.
  • At least College level.
