Job Description

• Fulfill the duties of Dim Sum Chef of Cebu Integrated Resorts, Robinsons Hotel and Resorts under Robinsons Land Corporation.
• Collaborates with the Head Chef and Chinese Executive Chef in the creation of a Dim Sum menu, developing the recipes for each menu item and overseeing the preparation, cooking, presentation and of the menu item that is consistent with specifications agreed upon. The Dim Sum Chef manages all culinary staff assigned to the Dim Sum kitchen to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in handling Dim Sum production in a 5-star property.
• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Experience or training in Asian cuisine, particularly, Chinese cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of food handing and safety regulations to ensure the kitchen meets health & hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to changing demands in the kitchen.
