• At least 5 years’ experience in handling Dim Sum production in a 5-star property.
• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Experience or training in Asian cuisine, particularly, Chinese cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of food handing and safety regulations to ensure the kitchen meets health & hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to changing demands in the kitchen.
