Job Description

• Performs scheduled and non-scheduled service and maintenance of all motor pool vehicles (company vehicles, trucks and forklifts) and maintains all moving parts of in-plant equipment through lubrication.
• Also is the lube technician for all in-plant equipment with moving parts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College Degree or Graduate in Vocational/Technical Courses, Automotive Mechanic Technology
• At least 1-2 years experience in Diesel Forklift/automotive mechanic works
• With valid Professional Driver's License
• With NC2/3 certificate is a plus
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions and directions
• Knowledge on Forklifts (diesel and electric), Wing Vans, and other vehicles
• Identifies problems, performs repair and maintenance, and avert issues that may affect the performance or longevity of all company vehicles
• Can work on-call during emergencies
• Can perform overhaul of diesel engine is a plus
