• Assist the General Manager in the overall operations and management of the company.
• Oversee strategic planning, organizational development, and execution of company objectives.
• Supervise department heads and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Implement policies and ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience, with 3–5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of financial management and business operations.
• Can write, read, and speak Mandarin.
